一、 高低压吹膜机用途
本机组适用于吹制高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）、低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）及线性低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）塑料薄膜，广泛应用于食品、服装、纺织品、日用品等民用品和工业品的包装。原料经过配方可以生产珠光膜、降解膜。该机是目前市场上使用较广，办吹膜厂的可以选择机械。
二、 高低压吹膜机特点
1. 螺杆、料筒均采用38CrMoAl合金钢，经氮化处理和精密加工而成，硬度高，耐腐蚀性强，经久**。
2. 模头镀硬铬，其结构为螺旋芯轴式，挤出的熔融料均匀，吹制的薄膜光洁度好，风冷装置结构为迷宫型，出风均匀。
3. 卷取装置采用压力摩擦收卷或中心收卷，采用力矩电机调节，收卷平整，换卷方便。

Monolayer Agricultural Film Blowing Machine(wide film)
1. Usage:
This monolayer agricultural film blowing machine (wide film)is applied in producing film out of materials like LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, and mixture of LDPE and LLDPE. This film blowing machine can make plastic shed film, mulching film and packaging materials for foodstuff, garments, daily-use items and industrial products.
2. Characteristics:
1) The extruder adopts new-type undulation screw, mixing mould, and powerful traporting bushings.
2) The cooling system adopts air blower with low air pressure and large air quantity. The traction system is stable and reliable. The machine is equipped with cutting device. And it can be equipped with inner-cooling system as per the customer’s requirements.
3) The plastic film produced by this machine has characteristics of low cost, high strength, uniform thickness, excellent traparency, and good plasticity.

GY-CM-2L Two-laye co-extruder film blowing machine
Usage:
This machine is used for produce LDPE, HDPE & LLDPE complex film, which is popular for packing liquid stuff, industrial products, raw material for printing etc.
Characteristics:
1.The two-layer co-extruder film blowing machine through two extrude plasticizing two identical or different plastic material into two laye co-extrusion die head to produce a composite film with A/A or A/B structure, so as to improve the physical properties of the films, increase its strength, the film has good barrier and air tightness.
